SHIPPING
The interview results in digital audio files. They'll be transferred to you via Dropbox or another cloud-based service. A thumb drive will be mailed via USPS. Transcript and book (if ordered) will be sent via USPS. Allow two weeks for the transcript, and three to four for the book.
