I have over 30 years of marketing and advertising experience—and success—on both the client and the agency/consulting side of the table.

My career started in publishing with industry giant, Dell. Then I joined Scantron as Marketing Director. I was later the Founder and CEO of a successful online business, Health and Wellness Networks.

​

Further marketing management experience was gained in high level positions at Syspro Software, IDM Partners (an L.A. based interactive agency), AVAR International and Zoomerang. I became a specialist in online marketing 15 years ago.

​

In 2014, I joined Young Company Advertising as Senior VP.

​

At the beginning of 2017, I decided to leave the structure of the agency business to do what I find most satisfying: collaborating closely with clients to drive growth and profits.

I do a thorough review your products, numbers, channels and competitors. I gather as much information as possible. I'll look at the nuts and bolts of how your business works and what is delivering the best result(s).

The last thing you need is a long list of things to do. I will present a single step actionable plan to implement immediately, that will move you in the right direction.

 

We'll review the results and and either stay focused on the plan, or create the next one-step plan of action. 

My ROI method is typically accomplished over an eight week period.
No monthly retainers or big financial commitments.
Of course, I'd like to have a long term relationship with my clients.

When you're too close to something, it's often difficult to identify it.

Step One is to work together to identify exactly what specific objective (result) you want to achieve.

 

Then, I turn your business inside out, examine every element, and see how each is performing. For example: where is your profit coming from, what ad(s) are working the best, what offer(s) your audience is most responding to.

Then... ta dah! I present ONE THING. That's right... one. You will have a One-Step Action Plan to implement immediately that will move you closer to your goal. What I won't do is give you a bunch of ideas to test. That would only cause more stress and distract you. This is an extremely targeted approach, and I know it works.

 

Sure, I could make it complicated, but that is the old paradigm. This is simple, but it still takes effort and time. We can accomplish a lot in eight weeks, but for maximum business transformation we should work together for six to 12 months.

A Case Study::

Pool Supply Company in Austin, Texas

The company has been is business since 2016. They have three locations in the Austin area and sell not only pool supplies, but also pool service. Average annual revenue is $1.4M.

​

We identified that the SPECIFIC outcome they were looking to achieve was an overall 20% growth in profits of 20% for the year. I began a DEEP DIVE into their products and channels to discover what was delivering the best results.

 

Here is what I found:

​

•  Upon analyzing all their promotions for the past two years–15 different programs within three different channels–I found that three out of the 15 had an excellent ROI (based on total revenues and profits). They hadn't repeated ANY of these within the past six months.

​

•  My ONE SINGLE course of action was to have them repeat the most successful of the three promotions I had identified in my initial analysis.

​

They ran it EXACTLY as they did before (including in the same channel) and the results were even better.

​

•  This one single promotion generated $35,000 in (new) profits.

​

•   The next course of action was to run the remaining two most successful previous promotions. One of them performed better than expected, and the other a bit disappointing.

​

•  Further analysis determined that the channel we ran in hadn't performed as well as it did when the promotion originally ran. My recommendation was to try it in a different channel. That made all the difference.

​

•  We continue to look at ways we can better leverage these promotions to increase revenues and profits.
