Twenty-five years ago I began asking myself the question "Why does my life feel empty when I seemingly have all the elements of fulfillment and contentment?" I started to study...faith and philosophy (what I call the 'isms') and devour every self-help book I could get my hands on. I attended seminars, workshops, and met privately with renowned experts.
